Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms are between you and AgentMingo, which runs agentmingo.com and the AgentMingo app. They're written to be read: if something is unclear, email hello@agentmingo.com.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using AgentMingo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use it for a company or team, you confirm you can agree for them, and “you” includes them.

The service

AgentMingo watches the coding agents your team runs, hands them your workflow's steps, brings review and CI results back to them, and shows what they did. It's a free open beta: features change, some may be removed, it may be slow or unavailable at times, and we don't promise any uptime or response time. We may limit how much any organization uses so it stays fast for everyone.

Software on your computer

Connecting your coding agent installs our reporter script on your computer. You may use it only to connect to AgentMingo. It updates itself from agentmingo.com unless you turn that off (node ~/.agentmingo/reporter.mjs auto-update off), and you can remove it at any time with its uninstall command; the security page says what it changes and what removing it leaves.

Your account

  • Give us accurate information, and keep your sign-in and connection tokens safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 16.
  • In an organization, owners and admins decide who has access and can remove members. An owner can delete the organization, which erases it 7 days later.

Your content

What you and your team put into AgentMingo or connect to it (tasks, workflows, repository data, Jira issues, files) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run AgentMingo for you, and to send it to the services you connect. You confirm you have the right to connect the repositories, Jira projects and keys you connect.

Services you connect

GitHub, Atlassian, Google, AI model providers and your coding agent are run by other companies under their own terms. AgentMingo acts on them only with the access you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time. Your coding agent's terms with its maker also cover what AgentMingo does in it for you, such as adding notes to a thread or waking it with review results. We aren't responsible for those services, or for changes they make that affect AgentMingo.

AI-written work

AI models and coding agents make mistakes. Review what they produce before you merge or ship it: you're responsible for the code you ship. AgentMingo merges a pull request only when your workflow's release step is set to merge it.

Acceptable use

Don't use AgentMingo to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send malware, or attack, probe or overload AgentMingo or anyone else (report security issues to us instead; see our security page);
  • get into accounts, organizations or data that aren't yours;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer AgentMingo, except where the law allows it;
  • get around limits we set.

Fees

AgentMingo is free during the beta. Before any paid plan starts, we'll give you notice, and nothing you use is charged unless you choose a paid plan. Your AI provider and coding agent bill you directly under your own accounts with them.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Ending

You can stop using AgentMingo at any time, and delete your organization or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put AgentMingo or others at risk; where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first. After that, your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

No warranty

AgentMingo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, as far as the law allows.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, AgentMingo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about AgentMingo is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your breaking these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using AgentMingo after that means you accept them; if you don't, stop using it and delete your organization or ask us to delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in California.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about AgentMingo. If a part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part isn't giving it up. You can't transfer these terms without our agreement; we can, as part of a merger or sale.
